INTERMARINE, the ocean transport carrier especialized in project and heavy lift cargoes announced the opening of a new management office in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The New Orleans based ocean transport carrier Intermarine, especialized in project and heavy lift cargoes announced the opening of a new management office in Buenos Aires, Argentina and the expansion of its liner service to the East Coast of South America.
Intermarine who was making calls at Buenos Aires as part of its regular service between the U.S. Gulf and Brazil, has increased during past year, the frequency of calls for which the company decided to add Argentina and Uruguay to its fortnightly service to Brazil.
"We have seen a growing demand for project cargoes in the region," said Eric Alber, vice president of the service.
Mr. Patrick Fallon has been appointed as Regional Manager for the new office.
