Air France is Continuing to Expand Services to Latin America with a Non-Stop Flight to Santiago de Chile.

Air France is offering a non-stop service to Santiago de Chile, with three weekly flights operated by a Boeing 777-200 with a capacity of 270 seats including 12 in l´Espace Première, 56 in l´Espace Affaires and 202 in Tempo.

This non-stop flight, with an outbound flight time of 14 hours and an inbound flight time of 13 hrs 20 min, is the longest flight on the Air France network and offers a time-saving of three hours compared with the three other weekly flights via Buenos Aires. The shortest flight connections between Europe and Chile are now possible thanks to these flights.

Air France´s 2006 winter schedule to Chile offers a 70% growth in capacity compared with winter 2005. "We feel confident, as bookings are increasing faster than capacity and expect to reinforce our leading position in Latin America", explained Christian Herzog, CEO of CDL Americas.

The Air France-KLM Group serves 12 destinations as Air France-operated flights in Latin America, with 192 weekly flights.
