With the intention to make it easier and quicker for all customers to access Track & Trace, Hamburg Süd is providing the opportunity to retrieve the "Track & Trace" function by email. This information was previously available only on the internet and via EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).

Just a few minutes after sending their request - including the container, B/L or booking numbers in the subject line - to the email address.

customers will receive the required data on the location of their container as a PDF document.
