PATAGONIAN LINES, a new break-bulk service from Argentina and Brazil to Italy and returning directly back or via West Africa.
Patagonian Lines offer a breakbulk semi-liner service plying ECSA (East Coast South America)- Mediterranean-West Africa, with sailings every 30/45 days.
Patagonian Lines which is supported by Danish ship manager and operator Scan-Trans has currently two geared, multipurpose tween / triple deckers vessels running in its service.
The service is loading a vast variety of Break-Bulk cargoes mainly granite and steels products but also project cargoes and vehicles.
The main ports of call are:
Argentina: Puerto Madryn - Campana / Buenos Aires
Brazil: Rio De Janeiro - Praia Mole
Italy: Salerno, Marina Di Carrara, Livorno
France: Marseilles, Fos sur Mer
Spain: Sagunto
Egypt: Alexandria
The company offer other ports on inducement basis.
As of 1st July 2005, Scan-Trans Chartering K/S - Denmark (General European Agents for Patagonian Lines), officially nominate Messrs. Intermare SpA, Genoa as Exclusive Commercial and General Agents for Italy.
At the same time, Messrs. Heestership, Marseilles is nominated as Exclusive Commercial and General Agents for France.
Likewise Agencia Maritima Condeminas S.A., Barcelona is nominated as Exclusive Commercial and General Agents for Spain.
