The Port of La Plata Management Consortium calls for public tender for the entire concession of a Commercial Public Use Terminal on sites 9 and 18 of the La Plata Port in accordance with what is set out in Terms and Conditions Document.

Concession period:
Five (5) years as from the possession date, which can be renewed by the concessionaire for another five (5) years.

Purchase and enquiry of Terms and Conditions Document:
The Terms and Conditions Document can be purchased at the Consortium address, Gaggino/Italia streets no number. City of Ensenada, Buenos Aires Province, at reception desk between 10.00 a.m. and 17.00 p.m, up to April 22nd 2005 at 17.00 p.m. Enquiries can be made until ten working days before the due date for bid submissions.

Terms and Conditions Document price: Five thousand ($5000) Pesos.

Port of La Plata Management Consortium Reception desk, Gaggino/ Italia no number Ensenada, Buenos Aires until April 27 2005 at 10.00 a.m.

Venue and date for bids reading:
