The Chilean shipping company CSAV - Compañía Sudamericana de Vapores - announced that as from February 2005 its Asia Andes Express Sevice (ANDEX)
linking Asia with South America West Coast and Mexico will become a fully independent service.

The new ANDEX will provide weekly service deploying ten 2.500 TEU vessels. The round voyage will be reduced from 77 days to 70 days which means shorter
transit times. Additionally and improving the service to and from China, CSAV will offer direct weekly call at Ningbo.

The new ANDEX port rotation will be: Busan, Shanghai, Ningbo, Keelung, Chiwan, Hong Kong, Manzanillo ( Mexico ), Buenaventura ( * ), Guayaquil (*),
Callao, Iquique, San Antonio, Mejillones, Callao, Manzanillo ( Mexico ), Yokohama, Busan.

Kobe and Nagoya will be covered through transhipment at Busan.
