P&O NEDLLOYD Launched a new range of online services - The Company has significantly upgraded the facilities offered through www.ponl.com.
P&O Nedlloyd has launched a completely new range of online services. These industry-leading online services, at www.ponl.com, are designed to give P&O Nedlloyd customers the choice of e-commerce tools they need for efficient online shipping transactions.
The following new services are now available:
· Easy-to-use booking and shipping instruction screens.
· Leading-edge online bill of lading printing facilities upgraded based on customer feedback on the existing tool.
· Ability to deliver bills by email.
· An email tracking tool that enables customers to track-and-trace without logging onto the web.
· A new e-commerce homepage to act as a hub for all of a customer's online activity with P&O Nedlloyd.
These new online services can each be used independently, or alternatively as part of an integrated online package enabling customers to carry out all of the necessary shipping line transactions.
The launch of these secure, reliable online tools puts the customer at the centre of P&O Nedlloyd's online services.
